Sascha Uhl is an accomplished technology professional with over 20 years of experience spanning cloud computing, distributed systems, and open-source software development. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect for Channels and Alliances at Cloudian, Sascha plays a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships and integrations that enhance the value of Cloudian’s cloud storage solutions across a global ecosystem.
In his role at Cloudian, Sascha leads initiatives to develop and nurture high-impact relationships with key technology vendors, cloud service providers, and hyperscalers. His work bridges technical and business teams, enabling seamless product integrations and fostering collaborative innovation to address the complex and ever-evolving data management needs of modern enterprises. From aligning on product roadmaps to facilitating joint go-to-market efforts, he ensures Cloudian’s solutions stay tightly integrated and relevant in a competitive landscape.

At Code42, he served as Principal Architect for EMEA, where he specialized in delivering proof-of-concept implementations, guiding enterprise clients through cloud data protection strategies, and building strong technical relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
At Parallels GmbH, he led cross-platform technical sales across the EMEA region, overseeing regional teams and supporting complex deployments of virtualization and remote desktop solutions. His responsibilities included technical enablement, partner engagement, and alignment with product development to support market expansion.
Sascha began his career at AVAYA Tenovis GmbH & Co KG, where he worked as a software engineer and architect. There, he contributed to the development of cutting-edge Bluetooth telephony technologies and managed collaborations with external development partners, setting the foundation for his deep understanding of product development and partner ecosystems.
In addition to his corporate experience, Sascha co-founded Flaschengeist Studios, a creative tech venture focused on developing iOS apps for local businesses in Germany.
