Please make sure, you checked in the hotel before the meeting starts! We will walk from the meeting venue to the Oktoberfest directly after the meeting. Please note, that you cannot bring any bags, suitcases, larger backpacks to the Oktoberfest – they won’t let you access the area!
Accommodation: We have reserved a block of rooms for you at the, ibis München City Arnulfpark Arnulfstr. 55 80636 München. Cloudian will cover half the cost of the accommodation for invitees due to hotel prices being significantly higher during Oktoberfest. Your cost for an overnight stay in a single room with breakfast will therefore be 175 euros (this is half of the total).
