Tetsuaki Goto leads Cloudian’s Technical Support group and is responsible for customer satisfaction and success. As Vice President of Technical Support, Tetsuaki leads all aspects of global technical support delivery and operations ensuring outstanding service quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Cloudian, Tetsuaki held support leadership roles at Progress Software, Oracle, and BEA Systems. Tetsuaki holds a Master degree in Management of Technology from Tokyo Institute of Technology.

Laura Kelly
As VP of Corporate Marketing at Cloudian, Laura’s team encompasses Creative and Brand, Marketing Ops, Inside Sales, Web, Demand Gen, and Events. With over 20 years of experience in high tech marketing, Laura has covered all facets of the marketing spectrum, driving strategy and execution for a variety of companies in Silicon Valley. Prior to Cloudian, Laura held marketing leadership roles at a startups including Panzura, a multi-cloud data management startup, Axcient, a cloud-based backup and DR startup, and Riverbed, a provider of WAN optimization solutions. Previous companies also include Zone Labs, Exodus Communications, Walt Disney, Miramax, and Warner Brothers.
James Wright
James is the Sr. Director, APAC and Japan for Cloudian, responsible for leading the growth of the business with service providers and end users alike.
Previously he was the ANZ Sales Director for Nutanix and responsible for scaling the business and leading the sales team. Prior to Nutanix he was one of the founding employees at Pure Storage ANZ, sat on the Board for SIF Association, and held leadership positions at IBM, BenQ, and Mitsubishi Electric.
