An Open Letter From Cloudian CEO, Mike Tso
Together we face a global challenge as we reassess how to conduct business through the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to assure you that Cloudian is taking actions to adapt quickly while also ensuring business continuity and ongoing support for our clients.
First and foremost we wish to safeguard the health and safety of our team members and business partners. Cloudian has encouraged employees to work from home if needed or if directed by local officials. As a global organization, our business was already equipped to operate remotely, so this transition is seamless and will have no impact on the service and support that you receive.
Second, all non-essential business travel is cancelled. Support response calls and remote professional services engagements such as software installation continue without interruption.
Third, our supply chain continues to operate. We have acted swiftly to build product and spares inventory to support our Q1 forecasted demand. Future order lead times will likely be extended, however. Due to worldwide supply constraints customers are encouraged to keep us apprised of upcoming requirements.
Finally, like many other organizations, we will follow the guidelines set by health authorities in the countries where we operate. But innovation and agility are part of our culture, and we will continue to ensure your success as we work through this.
We thank you for your continued support and will keep you updated. In the meanwhile, if you have questions or concerns please feel free to contact me directly.
Best regards,
Mike Tso, CEO
